Because styling services involve time and customized work, refunds are handled as follows:

1) BEFORE WORK STARTS
If you cancel before we begin work, you may receive:

2) AFTER WORK STARTS
Once work has started (e.g., intake reviewed, research begun, recommendations drafted), we typically offer:

• • NO REFUNDS, because the service is already in progress.

3) AFTER DELIVERY
After deliverables are provided, refunds are generally not available.

4) RESCHEDULING (IF APPLICABLE)
