STYLING SERVICES TERMS (CLIENT AGREEMENT)

These Styling Services Terms apply when you purchase or request personal styling / image consulting services from Maison Thebault (“Stylist,” “we,” “us”).

1) SCOPE OF SERVICES
We provide styling services such as: WARDROBE AUDIT / LOOKBOOK / SHOPPING LIST / OUTFIT PLANS / BRAND RECOMMENDATIONS / ETC.
Deliverables and timelines will be described on the checkout page, proposal, or confirmation email.

2) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate information, including sizes, preferences, and any requested photos. Results depend on the information you provide and personal taste.

3) NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
We do not guarantee outcomes such as specific social, professional, or financial results. Style is subjective and results may vary.

4) COMMUNICATION

Response time: typically within two business days.

5) REVISIONS
Package includes: ten revision rounds, if applicable, within ten months.

6) PAYMENTS
Fees are due as stated at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on location.

7) CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat your personal information and submitted photos as confidential and use them only to provide services, except as required by law.

8) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and deliverables formats. You may use deliverables for personal use.

9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

10) TERMINATION
We may refuse or terminate service for abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity, with refunds handled under the Refund Policy.
